Analytics
Analytics is organized by the decision you are trying to make. Choose a date range, domain, or connected source where available, then use the report that matches the question.
Email Performance
Section titled “Email Performance”Use this view to understand:
- sends and delivered recipients
- opens and clicks
- bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes
- engagement trends
- audience growth
- broadcast performance
- automation email performance
Compare rates in context. A strong click rate on a small operational audience and a broad newsletter are not the same result.
Privacy protections, image proxying, and security scanners can affect opens and clicks. CopyLoop filters known automated behavior where it can, but no engagement metric should be treated as perfect evidence of human intent.
Lead Sources & Forms
Section titled “Lead Sources & Forms”When a website source or connected form is active, use this view to compare:
- acquisition channels and touchpoints
- visitors that became known contacts
- form starts, submissions, and conversion rate
- recent connected-form activity
Use it to decide which sources and forms deserve more investment. If the report is empty, confirm the source connection and collection/consent state before changing a campaign.
Commerce
Section titled “Commerce”With a supported commerce source, review:
- product and checkout activity
- orders, items, and value
- abandoned-cart or recovery candidates
- eligible, started, pending, or suppressed automation outcomes
Commerce activity does not automatically mean a person is eligible for marketing. Read suppression and consent outcomes alongside the event volume.
Opportunities
Section titled “Opportunities”This view connects customer moments to automation decisions. Use it to answer:
- Which trigger occurred?
- Was the contact eligible?
- Did a workflow start?
- If not, what reason was recorded?
- What happened after enrollment?
This is often the fastest place to diagnose “the event arrived, but no email was sent.”
Deliverability
Section titled “Deliverability”Use Deliverability to monitor:
- sending-domain verification and authentication
- bounce and complaint rates
- sender reputation and dedicated IP health where applicable
- warnings that require action before increasing volume
Filter by sending domain when multiple brands or domains share a workspace.
Data Quality
Section titled “Data Quality”Use this view when source counts, identity, or automation behavior looks wrong. Review the incoming event names, visitor/contact association, verification state, bot activity, and recent source health.
Fix the source or mapping before using an unreliable number to change strategy.
A practical review rhythm
Section titled “A practical review rhythm”After a send:
- Confirm recipient and delivery counts.
- Check bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe signals first.
- Review clicks and conversions against the message goal.
- Compare segments or sources only when their purpose and size are comparable.
- Record the one decision the report supports.
Weekly:
- Review audience growth and suppression trends.
- Compare recent broadcasts and automation emails.
- Check sending-domain health.
- Investigate opportunities that were eligible but did not start.
- Inspect Data Quality for connector or mapping drift.
