AI generation and human review
CopyLoop can combine the active brand, source material, audience, planning campaign, and current artifact when those contexts are available. Generated work is still a draft until a person reviews and accepts it.
Start with the right context
Section titled “Start with the right context”Before generating, confirm:
- active workspace and brand
- correct content type or email surface
- audience and intended outcome
- current source material
- required terminology and claims
- planning campaign or offer context, when relevant
The same prompt can produce different work when the brand, audience, or source context changes.
Give a complete instruction
Section titled “Give a complete instruction”Include:
- desired result
- reader
- evidence or source
- format and length
- required points
- forbidden or review-only claims
- call to action
Do not ask the model to “make it better” when the problem is factual, strategic, or audience-related. Name the problem.
Inspect the result
Section titled “Inspect the result”Review:
- names, numbers, prices, dates, links, and product behavior
- unsupported evidence or invented customer detail
- voice and channel fit
- required and forbidden terminology
- offer and audience alignment
- compliance-sensitive language
- whether the result fulfilled the actual instruction
If the output is broadly wrong, improve the input or context before repeatedly regenerating. If one section is weak, request a focused revision.
Improve future generations
Section titled “Improve future generations”Use the smallest durable fix:
- update a source when the source is stale
- correct positioning when the strategy is wrong
- add terminology when naming is inconsistent
- use a Brand Voice override for a deliberate style rule
- edit only the current artifact when the issue is unique to this message
Do not upload or paste secrets, unnecessary personal data, or material you are not permitted to use.
Move to delivery deliberately
Section titled “Move to delivery deliberately”A generated email still needs to become a reviewed, published email asset. A production message still needs an audience, sending domain, readiness checks, and a separate broadcast or automation.
