CopyLoop is an agentic marketing workspace built around Loop. Plan campaigns, create on-brand work across channels, run email and automations, and add connected sources when a workflow needs them. You do not need to configure every part before getting value. Choose one path below and prove it with a small, real example.

Understand the main product areas
Section titled “Understand the main product areas”- Brand contains Brand Voice, your Knowledge Base, audiences, and content types. This is the reusable context behind generated work.
- Loop is the agentic agent available from supported product surfaces. It can discuss the current context and prepare reviewable proposals.
- Campaigns organizes the goal, audience, message, evidence, and intended outcome for a body of work.
- Studio creates on-brand email, blog, social, landing-page, and other channel content.
- Emails contains reusable email assets. Publish an email before using it in a broadcast or automation.
- Broadcasts are one-time sends to selected lists and segments.
- Automations are multi-step workflows triggered by customer or engagement activity.
- Contacts contains individual contacts, lists, segments, and suppression controls.
- Forms collects contacts and consent through hosted or embedded forms.
- Analytics covers email performance, audience growth, deliverability, website attribution, commerce, and opportunities when the relevant sources are connected.
A safe setup order
Section titled “A safe setup order”If you expect to use more than one area, use this order:
- Complete workspace setup and confirm the active brand.
- Add trusted source material and review your Brand Voice.
- Add a small internal contact list.
- Verify a sending domain and create one reusable email.
- Send a test broadcast before using a production audience.
- Add integrations and automations one at a time, with a way to verify each data flow.
Common terms
Section titled “Common terms”- Workspace: the account boundary for members, billing, integrations, and settings.
- Brand: the identity and reusable context for generated work and email.
- Email: a reusable message asset.
- Broadcast: a one-time delivery of a published email.
- Automation: a workflow that reacts to a trigger and performs one or more actions.
- Planning campaign: context used while creating content. It is not the same as a broadcast.
