Workspace plans and shared usage
CopyLoop’s new packages price a workspace with shared marketing capacity. Your team works from one Loop credit pool. Adding a member does not add a separate AI allowance or an AI seat charge.
New packages are being introduced through assisted enrollment during private beta. We confirm availability and scope before purchase. Existing managed agreements keep their agreed price and commercial terms. Contact our team to review shared workspace capacity; any new paid capacity or price change is confirmed with you first. See current prices and included capacity for the package comparison.
Monthly capacity and annual payment
Section titled “Monthly capacity and annual payment”Annual plans are paid upfront for twelve months, with two months free compared with monthly payment. Credits, email sends, automation runs and external events still reset monthly. Annual payment does not release twelve months of credits at once.
Billing shows your current package, the next usage reset and your shared Loop balance. A reservation holds credits while paid work is running or its final usage is being reconciled. Reserved credits cannot be spent by a second job at the same time.
At your limit
Section titled “At your limit”New paid work pauses when the workspace runs out of the capacity it needs. Manual editing and review remain available. There are no automatic AI top-ups. An owner decides whether to add capacity or wait for the next reset.
Included Loop credits expire at the monthly reset. Purchased Loop credits have a separate twelve-month expiry. A marketing capacity pack adds contacts, email sends and bounded automation runs; it does not add AI credits. Additional email purchases apply to the current usage month.
An automation run is a bounded execution of up to twenty non-AI steps. AI steps also use Loop credits. External events mean accepted inbound events; ordinary email delivery telemetry is not counted again as external events.
For high-volume asset hosting, confirm delivery scope with the CopyLoop team during assisted enrollment.
Optional services and connections
Section titled “Optional services and connections”Lead protection and managed dedicated sending are optional services with their own confirmed scope and limits. Managed sending is a management service in addition to ordinary email capacity. Existing add-on agreements keep their purchased terms.
Email is a native delivery channel. Other publishing connections and specialist integrations depend on their release status and agreed scope. Planned channels and custom integration work are not automatically included in a base package.
During assisted access, contact the CopyLoop team from Billing to discuss capacity or a package change. Confirm the amount, billing frequency, effective date and any service scope before accepting a purchase.
